At Verdantis, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. We want every plant parent to have a great experience with our substrate.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must be intact and unused — opened bags that have been partially used are not eligible.
You must provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes may be subject to different terms as noted at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to Contacto@verdantis.mx with the subject line “Refund Request — Order #[your order number]”.

Include your full name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for your return.

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Verdantis is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contacto@verdantis.mx with photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Products that have been opened and partially used.
Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period.
Gift cards or store credits.
